Pushed a little more

Today I added another 20 Ab rolls and ran another 2 minutes out of my total time at 5.0mph

I was slack about going to the gym this week so I only went twice. My weight loss goal is to lose 25 pounds by November 27th. According to Spark People, I need to burn 1300 calories a week/ 216 calories per workout (4 times a week) in order to reach that goal. Getting to the gym 4 times a week is an ambitious goal around here. Certain things have to come together in order for me to go the gym, I’ve decided to list them.

1. I must go to bed by 12:00am the latest.

2. The baby must nurse no more than twice in the middle of the night.

3. I need a high protien snack around two hours before bed or some type of fruit in the morning.

4. My husband can’t leave for work earlier than 8:00am

5. All appointments must happen after 9:00am

Items 1-3 are key if I’m going to wake up when the alarm goes off. Sometimes I can skip #3 but the workout is better when I don’t.
