HAPPY 2009! I’m back on the blog tip after an extremely busy end of the year. It was good. I had a lot of fun and now I’m ready to move ahead with my goals. One of them is blogging here at least twice a week and eventually 5 days a week. It is my observation that it is being increasingly accepted that there were ancient earth civilizations whose technological accomplishments rival that of humans in the 21st century. In fact there are ancient artifacts which present evidence of advanced civilizations inhabiting Earth long before our recorded history. Some of the artifacts mentioned in the article “The 10 Most Puzzling Ancient Artifacts” are billions of years old. The artifacts I found most intriguing in the article are the Dropa Stones.Discovered in 1938, Dropa Stones are circular stone disks that measure nine inches in diameter. Each stone is etched with what appears to be a spiral groove which are actually tiny hieroglyphics. The hieroglyphics tell of space ships from a distant world crash landing in the mountains and settling there. The pilots called themselves the Dropa. The 10,000 – 12,000 year old stones were found in the Baian-Kara-Ula mountains of China.I found this interesting link which gives a good background with regard to the controversy surrounding the Dropa Stones. According to that link, the Chinese government has no artifacts of the Dropa Stones at all and anyone who claims having seen them is no where to be found. Cover up, anyone?
